In 2020, the Prada Group ensured that 100% of the electricity for all its Italian offices was supplied by sustainable sources, and renewable energy supply agreements were signed for some foreign subsidiaries. The Group also installed photovoltaic systems on factory rooftops in Italy, producing 3,450,555 kWh of renewable energy, covering 24% of the industrial demands of their Italian factories. These measures prevented the emission of 699 tons of CO2 in 2020.
