Credits allow you to unlock valuable sustainability data specific to your needs.
Pro and Scale users have an available balance of 100 and 1,000 credits respectively that renew monthly

- Click on relevant icon (green, purple, green) to spend the credit and reveal the data
- If you've exhausted your monthly credit balance, then you can buy more credits

- Get free credits:
help us keep our platform updated and you will gain 5 credits for each data point that you help us update. Simply click the “Update Profile” button in the respective company page

What happens if I exhaust my credit balance?
If you exhaust your monthly credit balance, you can purchase additional credits or wait until the monthly renewal date of your account.
Can I get a refund if the data I revealed is erroneous?
If you spend a credit to reveal an erroneous datapoint then you can contact us to ask for a refund of your credit.
Can you help me find data for companies that are not on the platform?
If there are specific companies you would like to target that are not already on Data Hub, then just send us their names and we will get them for you.
For which regions and industries do you have company data on Data Hub?
We cover thousands of companies across all industries, with a particular focus in Europe and North America.
Can I export data out of Data Hub?
Once you have revealed company or contact-level data, you can export these by selecting the respective rows and clicking on the Export data button at the top.
Is there an expiration date for my access to revealed data? What if the data gets updated after I have revealed it?
Once you have spent a credit to reveal data, you retain access to that data for life. This includes accessing all updates we regularly perform to the data in order to ensure it is up-to-date.
